Hi, Cindy and poqal. I'm still doing low carb but added JUDDD to it in late October. I promise you that the down days get easier over time.

I still use HWC in coffee but just 1 T. on down days, or use half-and-half on down days. A nice thing about JUDDD is that it will accomodate whatever you really want to eat--or some other plan like lowcarb--so long as you stick with your calorie limits and alternate up and down calorie days.

This board is such a supportive place! Consider posting on the daily chat thread, and in the up and down day threads, and in a challenge, as well as with whatever topics interest you. I don't think I could have done JUDDD without all the help I've gotten here, and I encourage you to take advantage of it, too.
