UD here, too.

B = muesli with milk, an apple, cereal bars (to make up the calories, to be honest. I had planned bananas, but when I got to the shop this morning they were too ripe for my personal taste).

L = egg and cress sandwich, an apple (I got a pack of them!!) and some mixed berries.

D = salad (not the diety kind) with loads of rice and quinoa and that kind of thing. Probably another couple of apples - no point in leaving them here over the weekend!!

It's a grand total of 1385 calories, which is a bit low but I'm going to stop eating at 4 today to prepare for a big dinner tomorrow. It's plenty to pack in!!
