I am so making this!!! I just bought steel cut oats and i had some for breakfast this morning. I just made a quarter cup of oats with 1 cup water and cooked it for awhile on low on the stove. Once it was done it made a lot. I ate 1/4 cup cooked with 1/4 cup cottage cheese mixed in and it was really good but still kinda tough. Im gonna try this!!! But 1/4 cup cooked is only like 50 calories!!! And then added with 1/4 cup cottage cheese its less than 100 calories for the bowl. And so filling!!!
