Good thoughts, Everyone! I plan to not be as strict on my carb intake too, now that I've jumped aboard the JUDDD train. I just wanted some reassurance. I do feel much less bloated, and in fact not bloated at all on low carb, but I'm not really losing. Not much. I hope JUDDD will be the turnaround I need, and I also want to be able to enjoy some of the "forbidden" foods I had to give up while eating LC. I trust you guys when you say it has not been a problem for you! I don't have sugar issues, and neither does anyone in my family...I just ate too damned much, lol.

Today was a long DD day, my first one, and I'm looking forward to my first (real) UD! Yayyy for JUDDD!!!
