WOE: Back to JUDDD 1/5/15
I lost slower and less consistently on Atkins than I do on JUDDD, and I don't worry one little bit about wheat or sugar or anything other than calories. That being said, most carby items also have high calories, so I don't go hog wild on them. I'd rather have a sweet potato than a baked potato, and a small amount of really good bread than a bunch of white bread. I do have pizza and pasta sometimes, but not very often. Today I had a protein bar for breakfast which was chock full of carbs, I'm sure - though I didn't check, and a turkey burger with the bun for lunch. I have no idea what dinner will be, but I do have a nice artisanal loaf of French bread at home and will probably have a small slice with whatever protein/veg combination I make.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!
