I also find myself extremely cold on DDs when I'm about to see a weight loss. It took me awhile to notice the trend, but the reward is awesome so I'll take the cold.

I think being within a 100 calories of your UD calories is extremely important. You need to have the DD/UD calorie swing. I know sometimes it's really hard and you're just not hungry, but UDs are the days when you really get to enjoy what you eat. Take advantage of it.
