I feel like you are being pretty hard on yourself. Your start weight wasn't all that overweight, but may 120 is going to be hard to stay at "rock solid".

I'm shorter than you and I have to work pretty hard to stay rock solid at 120.
123 is pretty easy, but since you are even taller than me I would imagine that it would take effort to stay solidly at 120.

Our bodies are all different and we all carry weight differently, but maybe your ultimate goal will cause you to feel that you are constantly struggling
