I agree with Partyof7, it depends how you are feeling.
If you are sore and struggling to move, then no, def. not. But if you are the kind of individual that needs that daily exercise whether it's resistance training, cardio, or a combination of the two then go for it.
Do what puts your mind, body, and soul at ease.
