Simple Coconut Cookie

mix wet ingredients
mix dry ingredients

Drop small tablespoons of batter on parchment paper lined cookie sheet 1 inch apart.

Bake 15 to 18 min in a preheated 375 degree oven or until golden brown.

Makes 2 dozen cookie @ 0.75 carb each.
