And I traveled a lot last year, and will travel some this year too-- and I love how this fits in. Eat, don't eat. No special foods unless you want to do that.
Maybe do "fast 5" on a given day, maybe raise some cals on a dd, maybe fast entirely... it's so great to have some freedom again.
