If it were me I would definitely order my eggs fried if I were eating there. When eating breakfast out I always get an omelette or scrambled eggs but I wouldn't trust IHOP. As someone with celiac disease I find it unconscionable that they were adding pancake batter to their eggs. And I hadn't heard that they had discontinued the practice although it appears from what others on this thread have said that they may have done so. I wouldn't take the chance.
