My workouts are pretty sporadic. I do yoga several times a week, and I do a lot of hard work fixing up an old house. It's been a goal this fall to get more workout time in, but so far, have not had any extra time to do it regularly

Goal: Be aware of what this body needs to feel its best each day on this journey.
