Poppies, the book is excellent at showing a multitude of things. Just reinforcing living low carb and the benefits.

Fitness Kitty, I haven't exercised in quite awhile, despite my weekly determination to get started. I would cut back for sure - from everything out there now, you don't need to work out that much. Unless you just really enjoy doing it!

Weighing daily is an on/off again thing with me. I haven't weighed since Saturday, because frankly, I was *issed when I did. Up 4 lbs.???? I'm getting nowhere fast. I adore eating this way, don't think about food like I used to, etc. I even went to a party the other night and only had what I made (low carb dessert bars) and some cocktail sausages. Passed up every other carb-laden dessert there was. And there were many.

I'm not losing inches, I'm not losing weight.
