I didn't track a thing yesterday. I tend to eat the same things, especially during the week, so I thought I'd give myself a break yesterday. I've been devouring, no pun intended, Gary T's book WWGF - zero carbs.

Yesterday's menu:

B: BPC Eggnog Shake
L: Coffee w/cream, deli turkey w/cheese
D: Magic Meat, tuna patties, hb egg (yeah, lotta protein, I know)
S: Coffee w/cream, Cheesecake in a Bowl, palmful pecans
