No problem, LadyN. I'm using total carbs for the count, just posting net as well. The only veggies I've had are what's allowed on the doctor's list.

My frustration comes in that I've cut out carbs, wheat, and sugar, and still my body won't budge. Not just this week, either, over the course of a few months. I am happy that the scale went down and it did again today, another 1 lb. If I keep losing like that, it might be that I'm so carb sensitive that 20 may be too much. I'm doing a kind of semi-fat fast today. I'm still toying with doing JUDDD or 5:2 during the week. I've done LC with JUDDD before, but never Atkins '72. Maybe it'll shake the ol' bod into letting go!

Yesterday's food fare:

B: BPC, Pumpkin Eggnog Shake
L: Roast, cheese sticks (2)
D: Tuna patties, salad (lettuce, kale, hb egg, avocado, Ranch dressing)
S: Coffee w/butter, cream, Eggnog Shake

My shakes are nothing but eggs, vanilla, spices and sf syrup. A T of pure pumpkin for the pumpkin shake.

Carbs (total): 21
Carbs (net): 11

I don't typically post over the weekend, so have a good weekend if I don't!
