Everything and anything jump rope!

When it comes to exercise im more of a walker and circuit train with dumbbells type. BUT I have heard (online ) that jumping rope is a great way to lose weight and burn calories and melt off fat fast.

Does anyone here jump rope? Would u mind sharing a workout u typically do?

Any insight or feedback from anyone would be greatly appreciated!
