Delighted to see you have things sorted again Kimberly.

Bread is always an issue for me too. I have found I can eat it, but only really good wholegrain bread is allowed in the house. I keep it in the freezer and take a couple of slices off at a time.

That way I just have an occasional treat of my toast and Marmite.

However, I was given a beautiful loaf of divine French Brioche on Saturday by way of a thank you from a French friend. Apart from 3 slices I have eaten it all

Not a good thing!

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Hunger is not an emergency.

It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that makes you fat, it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas.
