I don't know very much about them, so my guess could be way off. I wake up at 4 am (or before) during the work week, so part of me understands why I might be hungry around 5:30 pm or 6 pm when I get home from work, but it's a fairly new development (being hungry then) and I've been waking up at this time for 2 years now... before that I was waking up around 5:15am... so...
