I'm going to repeat my last UD dinner for today's.....'healthy' spaghetti made with brown rice pasta, organic beef, mushrooms, garlic, onions, a little organic sauce and a generous sprinkling of cheese from grass fed cows. It was sooooo tasty I can't wait to have it again. And a glass of wine. Comes to 908 calories.

For lunch it will either be eggs with hash browns & ham. Or a big smoothie. Not sure yet. Or maybe a salad. I'm just not inspired.
