Potatoes, that's what. I'm going to do the PH today, just because. I only hope it doesn't give me worse results that I normally get after a DD. I'm not expecting miracles.

Started out the day with coffee -110, and I have a lb + 5.8 of potatoes in my lunch bag. I don't even know how many calories that is. Also 2 T of Monterey Jack SCQ, and 1/2 T of real bacon bits.

Ok, I think with coffee this morning, it all adds up to about 620 calories. I don't know if I will eat more potatoes than this, or if I will have some to take home after work (from this batch). Does that sound like too many calories? For the PH, not for a typical DD.
