Start Date: October 10th, 2016
B- Coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 4 splenda
L- serving of sunflower seeds, more coffee
D- 6 oz "fried chicken" (chicken breast dipped in egg, and coated in parm, then fried in oil and butter until crispy), served with a salad!... I CANT WAIT FOR DINNER!

+2-3 liters plain water
=950 calories, 78g total fat, 30g sat fat (little high), 15 total carbs, 13 net
