Bulletproof coffee - 1 Tbsp heavy cream and 1 Tbsp MCT oil
Breakfast: Protein shake - with 2 Tbsp flax meal and 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Lunch: roast beef/butter lettuce roll ups with 4 ounces of thin sliced roast beef, sliced kosher dill pickles and mustard
Dinner: 4 oz. baked cod and 1.5 cups of cooked spinach
Snacks: 1 oz. almonds, SF jello, plain Greek yogurt if I need something in the evening
