Lexiann, I've lost weight a thousand times. Hundreds of (if not a thousand) pounds. My problem was keeping it off once it was gone. I finally found the key for me. Lose weight for a few weeks, then move into maintenance. I find if I can maintain for a couple months, I can go back to losing.

That's my strategy this time. Lose and maintain. Lose and maintain.

It will work this time. This is the last time I will ever be on a diet. I may not be a size 4, but I won't weigh almost 400 lbs either!


ETA: Not to say my plan is the best plan for everyone. But it's the best plan for me.
