Friday--UP day! Yesterday's DD went fine. It helped that I have a cold and wasn't all that hungry to begin with. I hope it goes away quickly as I want the energy boost to come my way.

Today's plan

Breakfast--2% Fage plain with SF coffee creamer. !/4 cup protein plus Special K and 2 TBL walnuts, coffee with sugar free creamer

Lunch--going out for Thai. I have no clue, but will try and keep it healthy and lower carb

Dinner--chicken wings with bluecheese yogurt dressing, fruit, maybe roasted greenbeans, 2 squares of dark chocolate

I'll report back if I have a snack.
