I admire your commitment to healthy eating, Leo. I was never taught how to eat healthy and, as a result, I didn't develop a healthier diet until I was an adult and became interested in exercise and a healthy lifestyle. But I fear by then the damage had already been done, especially my emotional attitude towards food. I still struggle today to eat healthy and crave foods I eliminated from my diet years ago. But that's another story. I appreciate your sharing.
