Weight Loss Goals for the Week of 01/21/2013 - 01/27/2013

Okay you know what to do. Post them goals homies!!!! I had such a great loss last week (12.6 lbs) so I am knowing this should and will slow down, so this week's goal for moi is 4 lbs. Oh and I am going to do an additional week of induction, so instead of moving on next Sunday (01/27/2013) I will be going thru 02/03/2013. I believe I have a ton of water weight so I want to make sure to eliminate all of it prior to phase 2!

1st Goal: To be 250lbs even by 12/31/2015
2nd Goal: To be 200bs by my 30th birthday
3rd Goal: To be 145lbs by 12/31/2016
