WOE: JUDDD- maintaining since 2/2013
Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
6:30am-12pm- the same cup of coffee never got finished- the whole mug was 60 so I'll say= 40.

Bedtime snack at 9:30pm:
3oz lettuce= 12
2oz celery= 8
3oz cucumber= 12
1oz pickle= 4
1/2 hard boiled egg= 36
Vinegar and Sea salt= 0
Total= 72

72+40= 112 (Maybe 40-80 calories of yogurt- we'll see.)
