Everything mentioned so far sounds good! I was wanting to bake the Fiberfit Cream Cake. Has anyone here made this before and is it any good? It looks so good. The recipe calls for powdered Fiberfit, but I have the liquid. Any ideas of replacing the powdered with the liquid that I have on hand?

If I can't figure that out, I'll be making my berry cheesecake with a couple of drizzles one chocolate and one raspberry...w/ a dollop of whipped cream.

For Valentine's Day, I think I am also going to try some chocolate covered dried cherries, too.
