m_breezy, yep, it get's all pushed toward the centre then the centre shrinks, then it all starts over again with each layer. Enjoy!

Lina! Good for you on being able to do Super! Wow! But yeah, it's good to get those 10/10's down.

I'm doing well, keeping the pace I set for the month and am seeing the strength differences and,as I said before, more definition. The flexibility is coming back, but I have to be extra gentle with these hips and tailbone - they too are strengthening, but pushing could set me back.

So, all is good here!
