m_breezy, yes, the higher quality moves work much better than higher quantity. Good for you~!

I Have to meet someone this morning so didn't have as much time. I did half of everything, except the stretches - those went full time. And I feel much better than if I simply said "not today".

How did everyone do this month? I made my goal, and am looking forward to next month!
