Here I go

Okay so I'm five sessions in. Admittedly I haven't been doing the whole tape. I started with 10/10 and only did up until the first two leg exercises, adding the pelvic swoop and the other hip exercise. I want to do another five sessions at least and see where I am from there. I want to say I've lost 1.5 inches in my waist so far since starting. I should add, I'm an apple shape so the stomach is big for me. I'm really aiming to getting back into this pair of jeans from yesteryear. I'm probably 5-6 inches away in the stomach department. Le sigh...
