Well not sure now if dd is 300 or 500 Because its my first day on Juddd.

If its 300 then:

B- coffee x 2
L- laughing cow cheese, apple,
D-cup of chicken broth soup with a small can of chicken breast, no fat yoghurt.

Can someone chime in regarding the 500 cals on dd induction phase? Im sure i read it somewhere but cant find it now.

If its 500 cals, then thats another ballgame.
