B one whole egg and one egg white, fried over easy, with one strip of bacon and three mugs of coffee, each with plenty of half & half cream.

L huge salad of mixed lettuces, big tomato, half a cucumber, and both raspberry vinaigrette dressing and Newman's Own low cal ginger dressing.

So far, calories are at about 350.

S will be a ton of sliced green pepper, onion, and zucchini, mixed with shirataki noodles and spaghetti sauce, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
