I was a good little girl back then, and tried to only weigh once a week. I weighed myself 8 days after I started and I had lost 7.5 lbs. Kept losing weight at an average rate of 3 lbs a week up til now!

I had one stall but it was very short and the next week I lost more than average which made up for the frustrating week! I was lucky that I had been doing JUDDD for long enough at that point to just keep with it and see the scale drop as a result.
That is AMAZING loss, Avecrain! Glad that you didn't let a week-long stall distract from your progress!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
