I've been really wanting to try OAMC for lowcarb - your experience with it sounds encouraging! Like a lot of people, I have to cook for the rest of the (super thin, annoyingly skinny )family, and it would be nice to be able to make their meal, and then just nuke something for me. I may have to give it a shot!
