If you want to look great in a special dress, then focus on exercise and posture. Weight loss affects the way you look clothed less than your posture and your muscle tone! If I were in your position, I'd do the following:
-strict induction by the book: ie, 3 servings of protein (4 to 6 oz each); 2-3 cups salad greens; no dairy (it's fine on induction, but you'll lose faster without it). No alcohol, lots of water, 2 T of coconut oil a day.
-1 or 2 hours of exercise each day, especially weights
-great undergarments and great posture
