Start Date: every 24 hours...
In addition to very clean, low-carb eating, I'd suggest drinking plenty of water and daily exercising...maybe even 2-a-days (a morning walk and an evening activity, too, for example...). I would also avoid salt and fake foods as much as possible. Good luck!
