Hi guys! Thanks for all the replies thus far! I have been eating somewhat low carb for the past month already but definitely not being very strict and cheating on the weekends big time! Plus the wine I drink I think has been stalling my losses. I am going to look into the HCG, stillman and JUDD, I have never done those before. I need something easy to follow as I hate to cook!

I know it's not healthy to stay on that long term, just need to get into best shape possible in the next month...I am just going to try my best to stick to a plan and whatever I lose, I lose. 10 pounds would be great though
