Good post!

I love dreamfields, and it doesn't trigger cravings in me. I only cook ONE portion size. That seems to help!

I've always been wary of shirataki... ZERO calories?!? What is in it?!? Knowing it's made of whatever that isn't a carb, fat or protein, I don't think I could stomach it. Eat to live, right? I do believe this would fall outside this motto! Lol
