Yesterday's planned UD turned into an MD so today is my weekend UD. Day 7 of my within JUDDD full leptin reset programme (as I spent 21 days or so in transition to it).
B: a slice of black pudding (110kcals), a goat sausage (90kcals), a slice of egg bake (120kcals) and some roasted tomatoes (40kcals). Total=360kcals
L: roasted butternut squash soup (240kcals) with 20g added gelatine (80kcals). Total=320kcals
D: pizza that I didn't make yesterday plus some courgette oven fries. Budget of about 650kcals so I should be able to have some strawberries for pudding.
