This is a great, quick and easy go to soup...
Egg Drop Soup
1.5 cups chicken broth
garlic (1 clove if fresh or a pinch if powdered)
ginger (1 tsp if fresh or a pinch if powdered)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green onion chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
Bring all ingredients except the egg to a gentle boil. Slowly pour egg through the tines of a fork into the pot. Gently stir. Voila!
