I had all these wonderful dreams of food for today and so far breakfast didn't happen the way I hoped.

b/ coffee w/hnh, salami, almond thins with laughing cow cheese
l/ carrots w/hummus, triscuits with tuna, 1 prune
d/ salmon, sweet potato, veggies, ice cream

goal is 1735 calories!
