You need to work on changing the way you think. You said you "cannot go without sweets". Guess what? Yes, you can. Why? Because humans are not meant to eat sweets. It's not good for you. It causes diseases and makes us FAT, which is what got us into this position in the first place. You can lose all the weight you want, you just have to want it bad enough and have the patience, perseverance and willpower. Up your fat intake. When I don't keep my fat intake high, I get insane sugar cravings. Try the coconut oil bark if you are absolutely going nuts for something sweet. Stay away from it long enough, and your cravings will cease.
