Thanks for the replies! Since I'll be roasting a 21 lb. turkey, I thought I would pressure cook the breast. Most of my family like white meat better than dark. I've pressure cooked whole chicken that turned out really moist and fell off the bone. Still toying with the turkey idea, though.
