Is "pork rind" sage stuffing...

...gummy and mooshy like Stove Top or is it just nasty?

I hate stuffing that is "firm" or crunchy or made with cornbread. I love the Stove Top type that is soft and moist. I want to try pork rind stuffing for Turkey Day and wondered about how it compares to the carbage in a box.
