You're welcome! And I understand the food restrictions. I'm not 11, but I can hear what you're saying. I have allergies, intolerances, and hypoglycemia. One of my doctors recommended Whole 30 and I've enjoyed it more than LC, and it has helped to heal my cravings for carbs! Years ago, my ND recommended LC because of my hypoglycemia, but this is easier for me to stick to, and I love that it's helping to heal my body. Not saying that your DD should do it...just mentioning it since it's gluten-free and has helped me.
