My numbers are 600/1800. Some days I am closer to 500, but typically speaking, I am between 500 and 600 and things seem to be going along just fine, and since that is a number I can easily live with, I am going to stick with it until/unless something changes in my losing pattern.

If you want something badly enough, you'll find a way. If you don't you'll find an excuse.
