That's so interesting. I lost 54 pounds that I've kept off for almost two years now. But since I lost an additional 25 with JUDDD last year and regained all of that (12 pounds already gone!) I don't feel like a success story at all. I don't think I will feel like a success story until I reach goal. Maybe that's not a healthy mindset? I know I'm healthier having lost those 54 pounds, but I'd like to get off the up/down wagon and actually get to maintenance.
