I saw a recipe for chicken patties (like salmon or tuna patties, but with chopped chicken), and thought of you because you eat a lot of chicken.

You chop the raw meat fine, add onion, seasonings, maybe some cheese, a bit of almond or flax meal and an egg for binding, then form it into patties and pan-fry.

I think it would be easy to make a batch of them up and have them handy for quick lunches. And definitely different than beef burgers.
What shall we do for this meal, Mr. Banting?
