My favorite no-egg breakfast is sauteed cabbage with any kind of breakfast meat (bacon, turkey sausage,et.c.) I also like sauteed yellow squash with zucchini and breakfast meats. The trick is to slice the zucchini very thin and small. I also like dinner leftovers, red cabbage slaw with some kind of chicken.

It's a challenge for sure but you just have to think outside the box. I like shakes, too.
